Meet Your Pharmacist – Dr. Vishal Patel
Dr. Vishal Patel was born and raised in Myrtle Beach, SC. He attended the South Carolina College of Pharmacy at MUSC in Charleston, SC where he focused on Community Care Pharmacy. After graduating, Dr. Patel went on to work for Walgreens in Pawleys Island, SC. He began his career as a Staff Pharmacist and quickly advanced to Pharmacy Manager, a position he has proudly held since 2014. With the wonderful experience Dr. Patel has gained with Walgreens, he is now focused on better serving his local community. As a resident of Charleston since 2015, Dr. Patel is proud to open an independent pharmacy in North Charleston where he can create strong relationships with the local community and improve the health of his patients. In his down time, Dr. Patel enjoys playing golf, tennis, traveling, and spending time with his wife and daughters.
